Terms of Service

Yard Sign Social lets real estate professionals design branded social posts and publish or schedule them to connected accounts such as Instagram. You're responsible for the content you create and publish, and for having the rights to any photos and information you upload.

Keep your login secure and use the service lawfully. Don't use Yard Sign to publish content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or that violates Instagram's or Meta's platform policies.

When you connect Instagram, you authorize Yard Sign to publish the content you create, on your behalf and at your direction. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections page. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms.

We work hard to keep Yard Sign running but provide it “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
